Dear Vladimir,
Just like you, I am a member of the GFGF. Furthermore I am member of the Dutch NVHR an Model Admin of Radiomuseum.org.
I investigated the history of certain models of the period 1941 and I am writing an article about the subject "Verlagerungsgeräte" for the GFGF magazine Funkgeschichte.
In documents originating from 1941 I have traced a reference to specifications for radio models in Bulgary and Rumania. See a part of a document of January 1941, where German and Austrian radiomanufacturers discussed an order to Philips in the Netherlands for the production of models that could be exported by te same German and Austrian companies:

Unfortunately the text is hardly readable. It says:
Could you explain how I have to read the sentence about Bulgary ? The text refers to a heating transformer, but maybe a power transformer was meant.
Was it practice in Bulgary to have a power grid of 150 V AC in those days ?
I would appreciate your reply.
Best regards,
